Locker/Trolley Storage Agreement

I agree to the terms below.

Terms and conditions of use of Lockers and/or Trolley Storage

Bridge of Allan Golf Club (“The Club”)

1. You will need to pay a rental fee of £25 in order to use a locker/trolley storage. This fee covers 1st Jan – 31st of Dec of the year in which it is paid. There are no pro-rated refunds for any reason. This includes voluntary termination of use of storage facility mid-season.
2. Trolley storage can only be used for storing golf trolleys and nothing else. There is a combination lock on the front door provided by the club. Members are free to provide their own additional security if they wish (such as chains etc). Such additional security is provided at the member’s own discretion and cost.
3. Nothing of an illegal nature should be stored in the locker/trolley storage.
4. Do not allow anyone else to use the locker/trolley space you have rented.
5. Police may be contacted, if illegal or dangerous items are found or suspected to be in your locker by Club Officials.
6. If the key to your rented locker is lost or stolen, you will be charged £15. Contact Club staff right away and a replacement locker key will be provided.
7. Belongings are stored in the locker/trolley storage entirely at your own risk. The Club accepts no liability whatsoever for any item that is lost or stolen or damaged.
8. The Club retains the right to access the locker/trolley storage at all times. This will be for security, maintenance, repair.
9. If any violation of this agreement occurs, your right to use the locker/trolley storage space can be terminated by The Club and your rental fee shall not be refundable.
10. If your rental agreement is terminated by The Club on the grounds of misuse, (such as violation of s2 -5) you will not be able to rent a locker/trolley storage in the future.
11. If the locker you have rented is destroyed or damaged, your right to use the locker will terminate immediately.
12. On termination of the right to use the locker/trolley storage for any reason, you must remove all contents. In the case of a locker, you must return the locker key to The Club.

13. I acknowledge that I understand and agree to be bound and abide by the above Terms and Conditions.

Agreement

I agree to the terms below.

1. Application Forms (including payment terms) must be properly completed. No application will be accepted until clearance of relevant cheque/s and/ or the appropriate Direct Debit form is completed.
2. Acceptance to membership shall be the sole discretion of the Club.
3. The Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time in the following circumstances:
a)If a Member commits a serious or repeated breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Club Rules (as defined the Club constitution) and the breach, if capable of remedy, is not remedied within 7 days of receipt of a default notice.
b)If any part of a membership fee due by a Member is not paid (by way of cleared funds) or on before its due date.
c) If a Member provides us with details which the
Member knows to be false when applying for
membership and the false declaration would have reasonably affected our decision to grant membership to that Member.
4. If the Club terminates this Agreement for any of the above reasons, the Club reserves the right to retain all monies that a Member has paid under this Agreement.
5.If a member has given a direct debit mandate and does not submit a formal resignation prior to January 15th of the coming season, their direct debit shall be automatically renewed for the next season. The Club shall not be responsible for refunding payments made due to a members failure to advise the club of their resignation.
6. Members resigning their membership forfeit any remaining balance on their Bar Card. This will be reclaimed by the club.
